Leticia van Riel is the owner of LvR Management, where she currently manages the careers of the artists ANNA, Sama’ Abdulhadi, Nur Jaber and Victor Ruiz. With almost 20 years of experience in the industry, she has also worked with Richie Hawtin, Mark Knight, Bart Skills, UMEK, Wehbba, Snap, Rebekah Brown to name a few.
Leticia has created the LvR Mentoring Program for Artists where she applies her extensive industry knowledge and expertise. She mentors and guides upcoming DJs on how to get their music signed to labels, increase their visibility, reach out to promoters, get gigs, network and everything an artist needs to know to go from bedroom DJ to main stage headliner.

You'll master applicable knowledge to transform your career and establish yourself as a DJ or producer in the industry.

The Mentoring Program is an exclusive 3-month program designed for artists who want to save years of trial and error and take their careers to the next level with the guidance of industry experts.
During the program, you'll have access to live sessions with special guests, which will take place every two weeks. The sessions will be recorded and accessible for a total of 6 months. In addition, you'll have biweekly group Q&A sessions to address your questions, receive individual guidance and further advance your career.

The Mentoring Program starts in March and lasts 3 months. After the mentoring is over, you’ll have more than 3 months to record meetings.

The first step in the application process for the Mentoring Program is to submit your application. Since the spots in the program are limited, we will evaluate each response and provide feedback to determine if this is the right time for you to join the group.
